Crafting time starts from two months. For weddings, Eloria recommends reaching out four to six months in advance to leave enough room for design freedom and the fitting process.

Customs duties, import taxes and any additional local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Order Policy

Made individually for each client.

For custom-made and made-to-measure orders, a 40% deposit is required to begin the production process.

The remaining balance is due after the piece is completed and before shipping.

Production time starts from 2 months and may vary depending on the design, fabric availability, embroidery, handwork and atelier schedule.

Custom-made and made-to-measure pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned, as they are created individually for each customer.

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days after delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition.

Custom-made and made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned or refunded, as they are created specifically according to the customer’s measurements and individual requirements.
